Returns

If you would like to return an item:

  • Please notify us at info@evaandrose.com.au within 14 days of receipt of your goods.

  • Your item must be unused, and in the original packaging.

  • Items must returned to us within 14 days of your return notification being sent.​

To complete your return:

1. Please email info@evaandrose.com.au to let us know that you wish to return items, and include your order number in your notification.

2. Pack items to be returned, along with original documents and returns info in the original packaging or secure box/bag.

3. Send your parcel to: RETURNS, Eva & Rose, PO Box 6492, Norwest, NSW 2153, Australia.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Please Note: We are unable to refund any returns which get lost in transit.
