Orders
Returns
From time to time we may need to split your order, and therefore you may receive separate parcels. This will be specified in your online account or in your dispatch emails.
If your order has been sent in separate parcels, then each packing slip will tell you the items you can expect to find inside. Please check the packing slip from each package to make sure you're not missing anything.
If you believe an item is missing, please contact our Customer Service team by email at info@evaandrose.com.au (info@evaandrose.com.au)with the order number and the missing item details within 7 days. We will attempt to resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.
You can view the status of your orders by logging into your online account and visiting the 'My Orders' tab, which will allow you to monitor the progress of any orders you have placed. Please note, you may not be able to view your order status while it is being updated.
Once your order has been completed, a dispatch email will be sent to you.
Unfortunately, you are unable to make any changes to your online order once it has been placed, including updating the address, cancelling the order and changing the delivery service.
If you wish to make changes, please contact our Customer Service team promptly at info@evaandrose.com.au and they will attempt to make your changes if the order has not already been processed.
